Elected officials invited to see Wisconsin dairy industry in action
The Dairy Business Association and the Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association will coordinate a Southeast Wisconsin dairy tour for elected officials, Aug. 20,
The tour begins at 10:30 a.m. at Baker Cheese, a family-owned cheese-making facility at St. Cloud. The tour moves to Majestic Meadows, Sheboygan Falls, at 1:30 p.m. Town, county, state and federal elected officials have been invited to attend these educational tours. The event is designed to display the innovations that have driven Wisconsin’s renaissance as America’s Dairyland and to highlight the economic impact our dairy operations and dairy plants have on Wisconsin families.
